Activate a Replacement BasicTalk Box™

You can activate a replacement BasicTalk Box that you purchased at a retail location or a BasicTalk Box that we sent to you because of problems with your current box.

Activate a Retail BasicTalk Box 
  1. Sign in to your Online Account.
  2. Go the Summary tab and select Activate BasicTalk Box.
  3. Enter the MAC Address (shown on the BasicTalk Box as MAC ID).
  4. Follow the prompts to complete.
